Man Takes Revenge On His Ex By Selling Her Fake Handbag With A Savage Description

Avenged By David / February, 05, 2025

One of the millennial ways of dealing with a breakup is posting about it on social media in a certain indirect way (some might prefer a brutal direct one too!). People vent out on their social media profiles to feel lighter and we guess that’s working for many.

One man from Australia chose Facebook to share his feelings after the breakup but not in a conventional way. He grabbed his ex-girlfriend’s fake Jimmy Choo handbag and released an advertisement on a buy, swap, and sell group on the platform.

Now, apart from describing the details of the bag, this advert included some serious similarities between that bag and his ex-partner.

The guy posted the selling price of the bag as only $20. He followed it with “informative” statements describing the handbag and his former partner.

The post read, “Selling my ex-girlfriend’s fake Jimmy Choo handbag. It matched her persona quite well, fake and leathery, what with her excessive tanning and surgically enhanced chest.”

“At first glance they both looked like the real deal, but once you looked closely, it becomes apparent there were traits that aren’t all that nice, and bits that aren’t quite in the right place and a strange smell (GF, not the bag, it smells great),” he added.

Facebook

He didn’t end it there and had a few more things to add before he felt relieved. “The bag is empty, much like her soul”, he mentioned. He wrote that it’s a “cheap imitation” that one is stuck with.

His hilarious and savage post went viral and impressed the people. One appreciated the man by writing, “Brilliant! Plenty more real ‘bags’ out there.”

“I think you’re a bit like the bag too – you’re blue, but you’ve got a handle on it,” another comment read.

A third wrote, “That’s the best thing I’ve read all week!”

The man sold the bag in no time. Also, he gave people a reason to laugh out loud with his witty post.

However, one person had a different opinion about this and found it a little too much. “Stop buying your girl cheap gifts, what do you expect,” that person commented.

The guy replied by enlightening the person with the fact that his ex-girlfriend entered his life with the “baggage” from her past relationship.

It seems like people are blending their sense of humor with their anger and presenting it on social media. This guy earned $20 and took his revenge – all at the same time!
