Guy Organized A Sports Direct-Themed Birthday Party For His 21st

A birthday is the most memorable day in the life of every individual. It is much more than just receiving gifts from your loved ones. It is a chance to remember the day that a major event occurred, to celebrate and give thanks and to reflect upon how well we are fulfilling our calling. The day must be celebrated as a memorable one that could be cherished for life long. They say when it comes to birthdays, either you go all over or you just sit back and relax for the day!

A boy named Lewis Jones, who was working as a vehicle test engineer, turned 21 this year. He celebrated his 21st birthday bash with a bang! He had already made some amazing plans for his day. However, due to the lockdown situation the party had to be postponed. He organized a Sports-Direct themed birthday party and his six closest friends were invited. The entire group was from Stratford Upon Avon. He and his friends wanted his birthday to be a memorable one and they had everything planned before.

Lewis and six companions- Woody, Ethan, Kody, Beeson, Smithers and Sam decided to visit a local bar like no one before. They fixed the venue as a local bar which was named as The King’s Head. As per the theme, all of them walked in a bar in their sports jerseys. They were dressed in their Sports Direct attire. As funny as it sounds, they even looked horrible and got some weird stares. No one would have ever heard or seen people entering bars in sports outfits! It was an insane idea!

Most of his friends didn’t spend much for their outfits. They kept things as cheap as possible. They were able to get their outfits within $20. But there is always at least one person in the group that goes all over the board! That was Sam. He spent more than $80 for arranging his outfit Lewis’s birthday bash. He bought a referee/captain outfit which obviously gathered all the attention. Another friend Beeson, mismatched items for his outfit and that too was eye-catching.

Explaining more about his day, Lewis said that their day started off by drinking at the bar. Later that day, they ended up having barbeque along with drinks. The theme was taken so seriously that Lewis provided everyone with the Sports-Direct mugs and no one was allowed to drink I any other mug. These were modified with each one of their names printed on it. Everything was spot on! Moreover, they also played Sports Direct themed games. These included Sports Direct cards and sports equipment.

Lewis concluded saying that it was his best birthday till date and certainly a one to remember. He had a lot of fun as everything went so well. The group expressed that all birthdays have to be themed from now and Lewis cannot wait for his 23rd birthday!
