The Tonopah area supports 2400 residents. The hustle and bustle flow in from Las Vegas. The motel dons the title of being the scariest place in America. It is home to vibrant clowns greeting the visitors all around it.

Bob Perchetti started the business at the place located on Route 95. He had festooned the hotel with 800 clown figures.

Fame dawned upon the motel with his efforts.

After cutting the slice of popularity through the motel, he decided to pass the honor to other souls. Thus, he put the property up for sale for $90000. It was then Hame Anand’s brother grabbed the deal for Anand. That opened the way for Anand to be the proud owner of the motel in 2017. He was working at Amazon for 10 hours and supporting his family in the hotel business. He had 200 clowns then, all thanks to his love for clowns.

The love surfaced for him when he was 14-year-old. He had accompanied his friend to a local circus in India. He saw the breath-taking acts and ferocious wildlife there. Everything ran too high for him to bear; forcing him to leave.

However, he mustered courage to give it another try. This time, the clown jumped in before him to win his heart. That marked the beginning of clown love for him. Thus, he saw heavens smiling at him when he became the CEO of the ‘Clown Motel’.

But soon he began to see the bliss fading when he experienced supernatural powers at the place. However, he did not give up and hold onto the position. He grew accustomed to the activities.

Taking on that part, he shared, “I was scared a little bit. I couldn’t sleep in my room. But one day I thought: ‘Why did I come here? There must be some divine power. They want me here to run this motel. So probably, they are not going to mess with me.’ This was how I knew that they were telling me: ‘We are here, but don’t worry about that.’”

Shedding light on his love, he said, “My grandmother used to say: Whenever you’re down, look at the clown.’ I grew up with this line. That’s how I felt collecting the clowns. The clown is the laughing character. It makes you laugh”.

In the scariest place, rooms- 108, 109, 210, 215, and 217 hold the heart of the scare pie.
