Further, in the video he was seen presenting a standard Starbucks cup, with the printed checkboxes on it for milk, syrup, number of shots etc. Under this he points out a small part of writing that says: “Careful, the beverage you’re about to enjoy is extremely hot”. Continuing the explanation, he says that if the barista finds you attractive or likeable, they may eliminate some of the printed text on the cup to bring out the new readable line “Careful, you’re extremely hot”.

He supplements further by saying: “Check your cups guys.” The video has become one of the most viewed online content crossing a million views and is available online with the caption “Top tip from your fav barista.”
The comments section of the video was flooded by a lot of people and one comment said “I DO THIS TO CUSTOMERS!” Same went on with the customers where another person said: “My barista always does this to me.” The comments section was filled with mixed reactions where some of the customers expressed their gloom on ordering iced coffees, as they couldn’t receive such messages. While some other customers pointed that the staff carrying out such activities could them in problem.
“I would really suggest not doing that,” was another view point. “Because if they get burned from the drink they can technically sue because the warning was covered.” Another individual stated that “Imagine being burnt by the coffee and then being able to sue because they crossed out the disclaimer.” After some time Bellers assured that this kind of activity was never performed by him but he had observed some other baristas going on with it.
