The guy brazenly took an advantage of his profession to get some freebies from a restaurant but was later hilariously tricked by the chef of that very restaurant who lured him in to pick up the food from the restaurant by further directing him to the nearby police station. Apparently, the restaurant received a message from the influencer on social media asking them to provide him five takeaway meals that were supposed to be free of cost and in return, he would be advertising for their food on his social media platform that claimed to have plenty of followers.

He even suggested to the chef, that once their pub was ready, he would even add some of its pictures to his profile. All this conversation was done from the restaurant’s profile ‘four legs’ and was henceforth shared on social media to reveal the influencer’s audacity on such a bargain. And because the guy asked the restaurant for five of their meals, they wanted him to post some more pictures of their food rather than just one or two.

The chef made the conversation look so real, even the influencer couldn’t apprehend that he was getting into a real problem. But anyhow when the guy tried to reach out to the restaurant for their location, he was hilariously misled. He was directed by the chef through messages. Once he was past Sainsbury’s, he could see a police station and the restaurant was not even in the sight. Still, he was in-cognizant of the fact that he was being fooled around and was definitely not going to get any free meal.

In no time, the chef led him in the direction of the police station and therefore asked him to get himself reported for ‘crimes against the hospitality industry. Knowing that he was actually bluffed, the guy would have been definitely dumbfounded and regretful of his act knowing that his plan of acquiring freebies had turned into a fiasco. On the other hand, the chef’s wickedness was appraised so much, that the story racked up almost thousands of likes on social media.

Even Marina O’Loughlin, a food critic was impressed by how he handled the random cheeky influencer through his mischievous act. Thanks to him that such influencers won’t be able to obtain any sort of freebies from now on even if they claim to have millions of followers on their social media handle!
